In my younger years I had a career in music and did that for quite a while.

I typically go about 75 MPH, set it and forget it and make calls or listen to music.

But there's a line between continually blowing happy elevator music up some wannabe's kilt and the reality of ACTUALLY SUCCEEDING with a career in REI.

Funny story- Many years ago when my car was brand new I was driving by a bus station- I rolled down the windows, open my sun roof and blasted my music as I drove slowly by the bus stop (As if to say-Hey look at me, Don't you wish you were me) Anyway as soon as I passed the bus stop I rolled my windows back up, Shut my sunroof and turned down the music- It was hurting my ears afterall and then it hit me like a tons of bricks- WHO THE HELL WAS I JUST TRYING TO IMPRESS!!!!!

(or maybe thats just me) :wink: orWhen you cant drive any residential neighborhood without looking for vacant or distressed properties.orWhen you teach your kids, spouse and relatives how to spot vacant properties and report them back to you.or The CD's in your car's cd changer is mostly RE investing NOT music.

The artwork theme can be action movies, Quentin Tarrantino movies, James Bond movies, ships, hunting dogs, duck hunting, deer hunting, sports, World War 2 Go USA propaganda, Clint Eastwood/John Wayne Westerns, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rock Music, etc. 

There are also lots of meetups from REIN, and also music and money is another great one.

.  :(    On the bright side, it's a great place to live if you like outdoor play, music and/or beer.  

I agree with @Chris Music when you have people to share ideas with or work together more gets done.
