New and eager to learn and network in Nashville, TN

Hello everyone, I'm a contractor in Nashville, TN trying to break into real estate investing. I've already learned a lot from listening to the podcast and reading the blogs and forums, and I'm very excited to meet people and potential partners in my area and get actual hands on experience. I am trying to get my feet wet with wholesaling and fix and flips, then eventually buy and holds. Any tips for getting started or suggestions for clubs or meetups in the area would be very much appreciated.

Thanks for reading!

Cory,

Welcome to the community! Definitely come to the bigger pockets meetup in green hills once per month. There are also lots of meetups from REIN, and also music and money is another great one. It's a great community here... everybody that has responded to your post so far can either

1. Help you find a deal

2. Fund your deal

3. Renovate

4. Sell it for you

Stay in touch!
