It is important to understand the different websites and platforms you can use to market your rental property by the room.

The fact it was missed at closing doesn't mean it just goes away, or that anyone involved will pay it for you.  

They charge 15K for their 1 year support - a. the reality of this support : yes, they will respond to your questions but only if they are to understand how things work - like a real estate 101 class.

@Jordan Ryan I highly suggest teaming up with a broker who you'd want to build a relationship with and truly understands the ins and outs of different underwriting guidelines for fix & flip and DSCR loans. 

To start real estate investing, learn deal analysis, and understand key metrics like cash flow, cash-on-cash return, cap rate, and gross rent multiplier.

Lending is tough, you need to know the market you're lending in, usually you want to have an understanding of credit-risk and be able to pull credit and run background to get a better read on your borrower.
