Think of picking up windows or cabinets form Home Depot and then getting into an auto accident. 

@Jeff Milas a patio is cheaper, lasts longer, requires almost no maintenance and very importantly has much less chance of an accident (deck failure, deck causing rot, person falling over the rail, etc.)

I understand that Stuart Cramer high school baseball team had an accident with their field and will be playing their high school baseball games there.I would personally love to have the Battle of the Bell, Hunter Huss vs Ashbrook football game, played here- since both of my kids graduated from Ashbrook.FUSE has brought so much to our city already, and it is only just the beginning.

Remember this is not about you or the tenant once the accident happens.

My participation in this system certainly doesn't mean I agree with how it's setup and why or that I'm unaware of the greedy, corrupt power structure that is the legal system and as a whole, government and politics.I'm just pragmatic and experienced enough to know that accidents happen every day on job sites across the country and I'm sure a new law suit is filed something like every 3 seconds in the US or whatever it really is statistically.
