At least in the distressed SFR market.. remember they are only out for themselves generally and who ever brings them the deal.homeowners you can bond with and will respect you as the authority . and if you market correctly and keep dripping them when they go to sell your still their realtor.. now again this changes if you happen to find that diamond out there a very high volume SFR buyer that has some loyalty to their agents.
