First time flipper from Massachusetts

Hello BP community! Been a member here for a few months now and blessed to be part of this community. I started my first flip in July of this year and expect to complete it by September 30th.

I structured my first deal by convincing the property owners to give me until September 30th to purchase the property but in the meantime I will renovate the property and sell it at market value after renovations.

The deal allowed me to skip financing and a down payment and hopefully generate a decent eturn where I can reinvest the funds into a new project.

My goal is to continue flipping properties so I can build my bank and in a few years invest in residential and commercial rental units while continuing to flip more properties.

I currently work as an Electrical Assistante and I am looking to connect with other individuals in Massachusetts and surrounding areas.

Once again grateful to be a part of this  community and eager to give something back to it.

Welcome to BiggePockets, Alex.   On your current flip, how are you protecting yourself from the seller backing out after you have completed the renovations?
