In my experience it's like making yourself use celestial navigation when the GPS is on the table in front of you - kind of quirky and fun to contemplate maybe but certainly not efficient or a wise use of investor time/resources.  

Went for multiple local banks and found  that, for a property like that, only Puerto Rico Farm Credit will contemplate a loan but requests 30% down, ag land in use, and interest goes from 7-11% usually.

I am really contemplating retiring now and just go for it.

I could see this potentially helping if one wanted to put in a specific amount of equity for one  to cashflow with plans for selling the other in the future or something... but still  contemplating the idea!
