In Seattle's outer ring neighborhoods (like where I am now) there are somewhat newer homes (mid century-80's typically) on larger lots,  but more commute effort is needed if going downtown.

Anyways, end of my rant, I’ll await the backlash about how I’m a socialist.Do keep in mind if you read CCR's from the early century through about 1930.. there were many many different groups of people precluded by the CCR's from buying property not only those of color..

Running #'s just looking at properties in and out of state (I live in Las Vegas), I do not really understand how pure cash flow (even a small amount) is possible given these current loan interest rates unless you find the deal of the century
