My comments are only concerning the southeast don’t know anything about out west. 

Stick to the southeast, southwest and west.

The prices in the south east counties will always be more stable because the areas are less desirable and less well known but they are still appreciating. 

I know this can vary, but just curious on what kind of vacancy rates y'all are experiencing in Southeast Idaho?

The Southeast is starting to become incredibly difficult UNLESS you are in the mountain, beach, or rural spaces.

This is helping me to diversify across the Southeast into a stable asset class, it’s pushing me to learn and become a better investor every day, and I’m having fun and building great relationships along the way.

If you want to hit some of the outer suburbs areas such as Royse City, Fate in the northeast and Crandall/Kaufman in the Southeast part of DFW.

Initially looking at the area, it appears that most of the multi-family homes are closer to central Indianapolis (North until 38th St and East/South-East until Emerson St/E Washington St).

Hi all,I am new to the Southeast side of Michigan (formerly from the Grand Rapids and Upper Peninsula area). 

If I am going to invest in the South East, those are the two cities I am considering.
