Everyone has a different path but I agree with Ian above on getting as much knowledge as you can until you have the funds and ability to make the first deal happen. 

If they say 'sing now or the price changes', NEVER sign.BTW, I an always skeptic of add ons--eg. go to get oil changed in the car and they want to put on new brake pads. 

So it’s not the kid alone his dad is who I an a tad concerned about because he does have rap sheet so i was just curious if the kid did too, that’s what lead me to this question. lol 

Nothing specifically in Cape Coral but our Naples property has really struggled since Ian.
