The refrigerator is new, stainless, and so is the sink, but I replaced the 1980s electric cooktop with a wide coil stainless Frigidaire cooktop from the 1950's.

I am also preparing to sell a double wide mobile home that's on my lot in Bracey, VA, on Lake Gaston, so I can build a custom home on my lot.I look forward to getting to know like-minded investors!

It is in Menafeehas a double wide trailer she lives in, it has a studio rental on the property and two corrals, also two big storage sheds, (200sqft and 1000sqft).

I keep the front and back patio door wide open and let them walk around themselves. 

I purchased a 1976 Deko single wide as a rental and rehabbed it beautifully. 

In some Cities you can get breakdowns by area/neighbourhood.You could also look at the listings on Kijiji (Craig's List will be less useful in Canada as it is not as widely used.)  

Our tree is probably 25 feet tall and 7-10 feet wide so I'd like to save it if it makes sense.Regards,John
