Hi. I'm new to the site but not quite new to real estate investing. I currently own a primary home, a vacation home, and two rental properties. I'm interested in finding rental properties in the Triangle area, preferably multi-family, but might consider small single family homes with future land value potential. I am also preparing to sell a double wide mobile home that's on my lot in Bracey, VA, on Lake Gaston, so I can build a custom home on my lot.
