I am a higher up at BiggerPockets and I have a HUGE problem with wholesaling as it is being taught today by the gurus on YouTube.

Very simple to do,  watch a you tube if you are not familiar or hire a handyman if you are not comfortable with electric.

Let me leave you all with a VERY important thought.Influencer "A" on YouTube has 300K followers.They preach cold calling, Lists, DMM, driving for dollars.

Starting off, I would look at the bigger pockets youtube channel and check the video playlists for BRRR and the playlist for flipping.
