All I can say is I watched all their intro videos, read their book "The Turnkey Revolution" which was great and had several calls with one of their on boarding people and they are very professional.

In my opinion, the Founder’s Letter written by Jonathan expressed values of: (1) Open Communication, (2) Actively Engaged Management, (3) Care for Each ClientAlthough RDU was stellar in getting me off the ground in my first real estate venture, about halfway into our relationship, I noticed that action on core values expressed in the Founder’s Letter began to wane.Most recent, after Hurricane Florence, I received a text message from Jonathan saying, “Your properties faired well during the storm”.

Admitting you would be willing to engage in criminal activity online will certainly make you liable for any vigilante attacks in your area. 

Share them that your services are reliable thru written and video testimonials.

I been learning gorgeous info by reading some books and watching lots of BiggerPockets videos.

Hud or some other program will pay the rents for those who just want to hang out and Vape weed and play video games. for those nice neighborhoods not so much.

Blogs and youtube videos are not legal experts and CPAs who do this for a living.
