Once you have a full report you can run a few simulators like "rapid rescore", "Wayfinder" or "Credit Wizard" these are all tools most banks and lenders use to help a borrower see what can be paid down or off to get a specific score.You also have options to inquire about "Pay for delete" collections and check you statute of limitations on collections based on the state.

I can't delete mine until they add theirs)-Upon move out, I go in and add my card, delete theirs, and change the password to the Walmart account and e-mail account-Include lease language that changing the Walmart+ and/or e-mail account passwords is grounds for automatic termination of the lease (still have to verify with an attorney that would even be enforceable) The process is clunky, but I can't think of any way to make it smoother.

In their head they'll likely think to themselves that some cobwebs (that you've vowed to take care of going forward) don't mean the property should be banned from the platform, and consider deleting it.

Delete the sections you don't need.
