Another tenant in a historically solid-return building but in a terrible neighborhood is a Section 8 tenant but is apparently involved in a gang (bloods or crips) and is causing other neighbors to leave.  

We most definitely will not give up the ranch it's in our blood and neither of us could imagine being anywhere else.

@Joseph Ghobrial I also found out the arrows I saw in the kitchen were directional blood spatter marks.

To be clear, I am not saying there is nothing to be concerned with, but as far as any disease impacting one of the fundamental industries of our country that goes well beyond the scope of individual investors and/or small groups.Last thought: Warren Buffet says, "Buy when there is blood in the streets." 

And grinding is in my blood.. grew up seeing my mom work 2-3 jobs most of my childhood.

That's like pouring a bucket of blood in the water before jumping in to swim.
