I have recently found BP, and soon after went PRO.

I recently found out about bigger pockets and can't express how grateful I am for all this free information and advice.

I've just established my LLC a few months back and in the process of getting my business credit cards.

I've just spoken to BofA who has a 7% rate, about 2.5 points above prime. 

You can call it a mid-life crisis, I don’t know but I’ve just had enough.

My education and career has taken me to the Baton Rouge area again.I'm fairly new to the Baton Rouge area (3rd time here) and recently found out my job will have me here for 2+ years. 

I've just finished reading Chris' book "Never Split the Difference" and while I like his approach I also keep wondering how I am supposed to use it in the RE context.

I too have recently found a bank that does conventional mortgages under 55k.

Thanks @John Thedford and @Jay Hinrichs - I know there are successful investors like you that have licenses/brokerages, I've just always been hesitant due to the seemingly opposing goals of the investor and agent.
