I particularly like the ones that try to look like wood instead of tile, but there a lot of nice options than the classic ugly laminate many people have come to associate with kitchen laminate.You can point out to potential buyers/tenants that tile is really hard to clean (the grout stains grey over time).

Didn't get as far as I wanted to this past weekend in finishing up and cleaning up so you will see all the stuff on the kitchen floor for removing the stains from the grout.

I've owned it for 5 years and have totally remodeled it ( changed the layout, built the cabinets, lite plumbing/electrical, built an elaborate deck, stained glass, etc. ) I'm ready to do it again with the intent to sell.

One place had a big red stain on the living room carpet, I thought it was possibly red wine, which they were totally remove.

I believe that more renters prefer to have carpet in the bedrooms, but as you know some stains are permanent, and add to a make ready cost by requiring its replacement.Seth Eaton
