hello from snow covered R.I. I have been binge listening to the podcast and surfing around the forums for a while now and thought it would be a good to to introduce myself. I am a homeowner from Warwick, R.I. who has always been interested in REI for a long time. I went to the last REI group meeting and will definitely become a member. Good group and a lot of great info.

The only experience i have in REI is my residence. I've owned it for 5 years and have totally remodeled it ( changed the layout, built the cabinets, lite plumbing/electrical, built an elaborate deck, stained glass, etc. ) I'm ready to do it again with the intent to sell.

I've already learned so much from BiggerPockets and can't wait to see where it takes me.
