That seems absurd to me but I know how municipalities love to shake down their residents.

So I have understood - first year in now, so we will see how this shakes out at filing time. 

Sometimes I shake my head at the misleading information here.  

Some areas I've been checking in to include Redlands, Idyllwild, Julian, and Palm Springs - but I can't shake the feeling that there is a perfect area I've missed.
