not to slow down your enthusiasm.. however wholesaler is an advanced strategy and is pretty darn tough for some one just beginning.also many parts of the country its not like 10 years ago.. deals are scarce and competition fierce..just be careful not to put your self in a hole thinking this  is as easy as sending out a few thousand mail pieces..

Use a car jack and a 2x4 to push up the cracked piece ( You might even try a long wood screw first.

I have researched for the past 2 years and I believe this will be the last piece of the puzzle before I dive in at the age of 24 years old!

I realize some people will recommend trying to piece together information by reading books, attending networking groups, etc.

Biggest downside I see is that US 19 (Missouri Ave. is a real piece of crap).

They're going to dig down to find the problem and try to tie a new piece of pipe to the old stuff and the old stuff is going to break.

@Amy Thompson, The qualified Intermediary is an extra piece that has to be in place in addition to the regular title company or attorney closing the property.
