If both of those settings are off, then search engines may generate links to your profile page and anyone can see it.The "Hide my last name" setting displays your last name initial instead of the full name.Search engines always index posts.

Just like if you have ever been in a legal mediation  the two sides are in seperate rooms and the mediator works between the rooms... its a cardinal sin in RE sales to let the buyers and sellers communicate much more than a greeting.think about the homeowner who loves there homes and their frilly wall paper.. young couple comes in and first thing out of the Mrs. mouth is this wall paper is gross ... seller is insulted deal never happens, this is real world RE sales.. not BP worldYou need agents to control emotions.. you don't need agents to help the under 50 crowd work the internet.. and all the on line information.Also this is an investing site so the slant is for investment properties which are different than 90% of transactions which are sellers selling to homeowners ( at least in the SFR realm)  And commercial has different brokers who are much more intuned to the financial side of the transactions than your RE agent who is trying to find that certain look that the wife wants.

Regardless of which route, if you were to use those funds on another project and you could get that money working for you; this is beneficial, along with the fact it is advantageous to display additional liquidity for underwriting purposes.Lastly, the only reason I inquire on the amortization of the commercial note, I don't know what the ratio of one year of payments and paying contractor is.

If you are out there talking to people and asking questions and displaying a genuine interest in learning my bet is a mentor will end up finding you.As for investing in a college town and renting to college students that is somewhat a niche market that carries with it its own set of interesting challenges (aka risks) as well as some interesting rewards.Make sure you do lots of reading, ask lots of questions, and talk to lots of people.
