For example, if the legal now states that from a point of beginning you go 600 feet east, the new legals could be 100 feet east then mirror the description back to the point of beginning, for the next hundred feet. it would begin 100 feet from the original point running east.

Just curious, is it typical in that area to not include bathroom mirrors if rehabbed?
