While there are so many successes stories and get rich quick flipping seminars my wife and I just want to share our stories and hope to be an inspiration to other flippers and real estate investors.

@Jason LavenderWe had signs made up that say "Another project by (insert company name)" and we add a "we buy houses" rider - I have had some success with pre market sale/lease and it has generated a couple of additional purchases - Go for it!

They open a potential sellers mind to  the keyword "We Buy Houses" companies.Many people have no idea what a "We Buy Houses" company is.

It’s amazing stuff, and has inspired me to to get the wheels moving into motion on investing.My dad is a contract salesman who works with local flippers/contractors daily and bids out jobs, so I am going to lean on him for a lot to make sure that contractors are bidding appropriately, and the work is done timely.

Why be such a depressing negative force on the board where people come to be inspired to do it the right way.Wholesaling is NOT sending texts blasts.

I also took note that I haven't inspired her to do better-- I think something I've forgotten is that a PM sometimes needs guidance, kindness, and inspiration.

Whenever we have looked at similar deals (executive suites) the cap rates have not been that inspiring.

(In total awe I ponder if she is a mind reader and sees what I'm thinking before I even catch a glimmer or perhaps a seer and sees future events?)

I love to read and am constantly reading business, marketing, sales, inspiration, methodology, even real estate investing books.These are three books I recommend that I have read in the last 90 days that speak to all different levels of real estate investor and RE business owner.

Most of the stories here are really inspiring!
