I love to read and am constantly reading business, marketing, sales, inspiration, methodology, even real estate investing books.

These are three books I recommend that I have read in the last 90 days that speak to all different levels of real estate investor and RE business owner.

Crush It - Gary Vaynerchuk

I love this book and how passionate it talks about finding your niche and then marketing yourself as the absolute expert. If you are just starting in the RE business, I love the approach that Gary takes to the fact that anyone can create themselves as a passionate expert in their field.

Rework - Jason Fried & David Heinemeier Hansson

This one is written in short chapters of 2-3 pages each but don't let that fool you. This book is ll about doing what is important and great advice for staying away from what is not important. I love it - it is straight forward advice for doing what you do best!

Go-Givers Sell More - Bob Burg & John David Mann

If you want to know the secret to building truly lasting relationships with a client and building an investor relationship for life, this is a pretty good book to start with. It is the second in a series, the first being Go Giver, but both are excellent and its all about the premise "give first - take second".

Just my list for three good books that have nothing to do with real estate and everything to do with how to conduct yourself and treat others.

Let me know what you think.
