I am setting out to make a vendor list for Inland Empire (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.) and I am sort of starting from scratch.Anyone in the Inland Empire area already have any that they have relied on in the past and would recommend?

Another school of thought is to goto the local temp service and hire yourself some laborers and painters to do the bulk of the work -- and hire specific contractors for things that require permits.
