Do general contracting although bulk of business is high end painting.(Faux finishing, venetian plaster, murials, woodgraining, marbelizing, antiqueing, and custom stain work.) I run turn key investments from the assignment to the general contract to rehab it. I also give very accurate estimates on repair costs using exactimate as I grew up in a family business primarily doing rehabs. I have highly competent resources to ensure satisfactory real estate transactions from start to finish. Always looking to network I primarily work in Houston although spend about a week of each month in Central Tx working pre-foreclosures, etc. I plan on trying to get involved in South Florida market where my girlfriend resides, but Im still doing my homework to figure out best potential exit strategy, and opportunity cost behind investment.
