@Christian D. 100% bonus depreciation, in 2022, is available for depreciable expenses that have a useful life (e.g. the time the IRS says the thing will last before it wears out) of 20 years or less. .The IRS suggests that the building on the multifamily property has a useful life of 27.5 years it generally isn't eligible for bonus deprecation (not 20 years or less).
