Long and Foster charged a "coffee and flower" fee to supply the office with crap.

Hopefully this will let me start flipping without doing so much of the work myself.Currently, I've hired electricians and I'm doing the demo for all of the wires and outlets to save some money.

I would rate the neighborhood as B- Most of the people that live there are older 55+Regarding inspections, I have not had it inspected yet but I am actually training to be an inspector and I tested all outlets and plumbing and foundation stuff.

I don't want to put flowers and rainbows around that, because the court doesn't force to Mortgagee or Borrower to accept any one option only that options be explored formally.

If so, I would greatly appreciate any input... or additional outlets of information.Thanks...

It all comes down to this and who the tenants are for this market.Landscaping and flower beds = WORK ..

And then plant cute shrubs or flowers all around.
