Hey everyone, my name is Eric and I'm a new investor in the Cleveland area. I've been a member of a local REI club and finally decided to take the plunge this year!

I bought a house in Cleveland recently and I am currently in the first month of the rehab... The plan is that after a month or two I can hopefully have the third floor (finished attic w/ bathroom) finished and I can move in. Next step will be the kitchen and then the remainder of the house. After a year, when me and my fiancé are ready to move again we will sell and repeat the process.

The end goal is to eventually have enough cash on hand to purchase homes for cash to be able to get better prices. Hopefully this will let me start flipping without doing so much of the work myself.

Currently, I've hired electricians and I'm doing the demo for all of the wires and outlets to save some money. I'll also be doing the drywall, ceramic tile, painting, and some of the other more labor intensive jobs. I'm also outsourcing the installation of mini-split AC units for the house and will be working with a contractor I know for the rest of the things that need done.

Anyways, I'm excited to start this journey and be a member of the community. See you in the forums!
