Hello all!

I am Blake, originally from Jacksonville Fl but now living in Pensacola Fl (for the next few months at least). I am an Active Duty Air Force officer about to complete CSO school here in Pensacola. No telling where I will be moving next....lol. I am also married with no kids.....yet.

I have always had a genuine interest in real estate investing. I currently own the home I live in here in Pensacola and have full intentions of using my VA loan to buy my next house while renting out this one. Although it is a start, I really want to buy a couple turn-key properties within the next year or so and use that income to fund the next deal. But I have a lot to learn before I just jump.

I have plans to get my real estate license in the near future just to get me more familiar with the trade and learn as much as I can.

I look forward to learning from you all and let me know if I can be of any assistance!
