I have a great command of the process involved with construction and project management of a successful project.I was told by some I admire that I constantly meet with about doing investing that I reminded him of someone how is sitting on the sitting line in the stands and dreaming of getting into the game( real estate investing) but never do it.  

Over the past few months I have spent countless hours researching,educating myself, talking to others and finally putting together plans to become a wholesaler.

I've gone through countless forums and there are a few methods I like.

Most have been burned by countless 'investors' who barely fix up a unit and then can't sell, or rent it out, and can't make payments.Park managers are not going to want to work for you while getting nothing out of the deal.

Countless friends and even people from the neighborhood came by to see the house and all were amazed and gave stellar reviews and comments like "wow i wish i could find a place like this up here."

Countless ups and downs on it but was never too rattled by it.

also check out "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down" It's helped countless beginning investors and those (like myself) who don't have the most desirable funds to start investing.

Have read countless forum posts and listened to many podcasts, so thank you very much for the education. 

I purchased these two home on 5 acres while in foreclosure, as I reflect...I've spent countless hours mostly solo DIY to complete this project.
