I have used this approach a few times, but it does negatively effect credit in the short term a lot like a 200 point drop, and you need enough credit available on your cards or revolving lines available to you in order to do this.

Turn your amortized interest into simple interest by paying chunks of the student loans and mortgages with revolving credit like credit cards or home equity lines to drastically reduce the total amount of interest you'll pay over the course of the loan.

Porch cams are inexpensive and installed throughout the neighborhood where I lived in San Jose, California.

The deal breakers or things you want to see revolve around alignment of interest and skin in the game.

Cam has been around for a while.

However, because the city has a few revolving doors (military base, VA hospital, colleges) I think it is a great place for Mid Term Rentals.

Just keep in mind that being real estate agent heavily revolves around networking, so if your good at that your half way there.
