Unlike a lot of BP publications, it's really more of an extended pamphlet with some good pieces of information, but if it is "the book", it's only because it's the "only book".The chapters are approachable and reader-friendly, but you won't find any nuggets of golden information within the pages if you already listened to the authors' appearance on the BP podcast.

We also listed another one of our friends' cabin for sale and are currently in escrow for $707.5K (list price was $689K and Zestimate was $620K!!) 

I personally, never quite get the "investor friendly" anything.

Does anyone know any investor friendly title companies in NJ?

I know my goals align with trying to build generational wealth for my family and trying to create my own real estate business that helps support my family/friends in whatever goals they want to accomplish.
