,I was refering to what Jon was saying,As i am setting up my LLC ,and deciding on what name to call it.got the first part of the name ready , now I need to define it a bit, for the most part planning on Wholesaling at least in the begining but i dont think naming it " X And X Wholesaling LLC " would work, most likley start getting calls on toys made in china,,Thanks Jon about not using " Properties or Investments" I was not aware af that fact !

When you get into higher valued homes or second homes in recreational areas, you can find all kinds of toys thrown in on a deal.

And by all means, do not use your equity to buy toys like quads, or boats, or motorcycles! 

I've toyed with the idea of cutting back to working 3 days per week instead of 5 if the company would allow it and it could be managed feasibly.

Obviously it won't provide for a lavish "retirement" but if I want a new toy I can always build a spec home or two and not touch any income.The real question is am I going to have the same level of enjoyment from the hobbies I love now when i'm 50 or will they have been replace with all new hobbies?
