People will say it's a numbers game for the direct marketing, you've just got to hit a TON of folks with direct mail, FB ads, SEO yourself to the top of the stack in google or buy the adwords that hit for RE motivated sellers (adwords for motivated sellers are very expensive).

Website, hosting, pipeline, follow up plans, contracts, emails, marketing, but also have a very strong SEO site for leadflow.

Everybody's busy trying to figure out the "best marketing method"; how the font should look, what color envelop to use, whether to do voicemail drops, cold call, or if it's online marketing, how to do a proper PPC campaign, optimize their site for SEO purposes, etc.

Bird Dogs, Acquistion Manager, Virtual Assistant, SEO consultant or Social Media Marketers, etc) in order to see progress over time, based on your marketing efforts.My questions to the BiggerPockets community are...What keeps you going?

And  how are you reaching them if you just do SEO?

In the virtual game we dont care about SEO, bandits or TV.

Check out their posts and blogs on the subject and seek out others.As for websites, content, Adwords, SEO etc etc., this is another area of marketing which requires money and testing.

Your time is WAY more valuable doing SEO for example.
