RealeFlow, REIpro, podio, or...what do you use, and why

Hello BP nation. I have a question as I am trying to make a decision on a CRM type of program like Realeflow, REIpro, Investorfuse, etc..

Ultimately, I want to manage my business (fix/flip) from one central location. Website, hosting, pipeline, follow up plans, contracts, emails, marketing, but also have a very strong SEO site for leadflow. Having deal flow from SEO to me has a much higher value than the other features.

What is working for you, whats not and why?

Thank you

-Matt

 Good to meet you.

A crm should allow you to place calls answer calls. Send texts and emails Have a chat service. Allow people to schedule appointments.

It should have webforms and campaigns for automatic follow up.

All within the CRM.

Voice blasts etc
