Fascinating for sure.

But I wanted to mention the book Zillow Talk.Whether you love or hate the Zillow app/website, this is a fascinating book (and a very quick read) that would be right down your alley - it's basically about Zillow's mission of making this data accessible to the public and it goes into detail on some of the quirks of the real estate market they've been able to identify and study through data mining.

What has been most fascinating is that this system they have in place is not allowing them to sell what I would view as some of our better homes in better areas but it is allowing them to sell homes that are not as good as the ones its not allowing. 

I have been fascinated with REI for a long time now.

Believe it or not, pre-2008-crash, every house in Greece that was sold had cash pass under the table.

I think the logic behind all of it pretty fascinating and I find myself coming up with all sorts of hypotheticals I want to throw out into the world, and thought I'd start here. 

It’s fascinating to me how the long term wealth and returns this industry provides supersedes literally almost any profession.
