my clients that I help fund and finance in this asset class all SELF MANAGE.. there is no way you can make a profit having to pay 3rd party for management and maintenance and leasing fee's.. tenants are too tough and too transient this is why the thread on Morris invest is such a joke at least the way those assets are being catagorized and represented to innocent investors..
