Get a firm grasp on verbiage and calculating the standard formulas before a temping to make an offer on a property if it is a commercial deal (5+). 

I've toyed with the idea of a top of line one that even does temp control, but I could never justify the price and I didn't like the looks of them.I talked with an amazing custom furniture builder (modern furniture) that I know.

Get some temps from a labor pool and clean up the property, and then get it on the wholesale market.

Same with the insurance companies.Tim W. is a claims guy I believe, he may chime in on temp funds and advances made and how the assessments will likely be accomplished.

I currently reside in Tempe, AZ where I completed my BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from ASU in 2015.

Think of it like running a window AC and turning it around in the winter.The issue, according to the contractor I talked with is that in very cold weather (think single-digit temps or colder) , heat pumps are unable to produce a large amount of heat. 

I assume this is a temp situation anyways.
