Power & Gas Cut Off At Temple Hills Condo Building

I own condos, and have no issue investing in them, but this is a clear example of why you need to do your due diligence into the management of the building.  This condo building owes the power and gas companies over $1 Million. Its been a fascinating story to follow this past week.
