Find ways to grow inch by inch, little by little. 

Here are some other things I would consider:Make sure you get your own home inspection performed.Walk every square inch of the home with a camera.

The floors in two rooms had a wavy look to them and I used a combination of 1/2" plywood and self leveling compound to get them leveled up (They were out about in inch from each other in some spots.. 

You give an inch and tenants can take a mile and its hard to ever catch back up. 

An SUV does not include any vehicle that (1) is designed for more than nine individuals in seating rearward of the driver's seat; (2) is equipped with an open cargo area, or a covered box not readily accessible from the passenger compartment, of at least six feet in interior length; or (3) has an integral enclosure, fully enclosing the driver compartment and load carrying device, does not have seating rearward of the drivers seat, and has no body section protruding more than 30 inches ahead of the leading edge of the windshield.

The walls are bowed in 5 inches on 3 of the walls and need to be pushed back and braced or remade.

Great post and lesson for all of us, check every inch of a property between tenants...imagine if a kid found it!!! 

I was so close to making it through the winter without having to buy a snow blower 😂 but looks like were supposed to get 6 inches tomorrow and possibly 5-8 on Friday.

This failure resulted in 4 inches of water in the basement.

Also include either how often to mow or that the grass can't exceed xxx inches.
