I keep the same message on my business cards although I may tweak it when I re-order to allows me to keep up with which marketing campaign I'm doing.

This is more geared to Realtors but the coaching can tweak your audience.

. :-)At some point, though, if you mail 6,000 things out and don't get a single deal, I might want to at least consider tweaking something in the mailing before sending out another 15k worth. :-)

I started with a couple of excellent spreadsheets from J Scott and tweaked away.

In fact, a few small tweaks of tax policy and regulation and a few shifts in the market, and home ownership would disappear from the American Dream altogether.The production and manufacture of our retail goods is controlled by a handful of very concentrated interests, where once upon a time Mom-and-Pops grew, made, sold their own products.

However, this DR marketer said they started with a tiny little classified ad and grew slowly from there as they tested and tweaked their message.

I'm hoping those tweaks increase my response rate to 2%.

To re-cap:A) Set your target market (Absentee owners, bad property managers, foreclosures, divorcee...etc)B) Get leads (Driving for dollars, listsource, county website...etc)C) Consistently Market to these leads (Mailing campaign of X amount of mail, X amount of times per month)D) Follow up, follow up, follow up.E) Tweak and Repeat, over and over again!

I tweak it from time to time, but I normally get a solid 20-30 calls off this letter a lone...
