Hello to everyone- totally psyched to have stumbled across this site!

I graduated with a bachelors of architecture and a couple years later stumbled across the property management position I now hold and have learned so much on the professional side of commercial properties.  

I stumbled upon The Ultimate Guide To Using Direct Mail Advertising to Grow Your Real Estate Business written by @Brandon Turner which has been incredibly helpful for anyone else who is reading this; who is interested in Direct Mail as well.

But I wouldn't stumble upon BP if I didnt have a problem like this in the first place.i found bp by googling - " can i cancel my contract with my real estate agent if the house dont sell"then I found BP.PLEASE HELP ME one more time as Im really struggling with this and I really apologize not really knowing a lot.situation:Last night(a couple of hours ago) the agent texted me that there might be one offer.MY QUESTION: (being that im starting to think  like an REI guy now)Should I take the offer at 999k ?
