New member from Connecticut!

Hello everyone. I am grateful to have stumbled upon this website. I have always  been interested in real estate but never pursued it as a career. Lately I have been really desiring a career change and have an even stronger desire to work for myself. Each time I think about investing in real estate I get super excited (and super nervous). I'm quite the novice when it comes to real estate investing, but I'm eager to learn, and am quite teachable. My ultimate goal would be to have financial freedom for my family and me, and to wake up most days (if not everyday) truly enjoying what I do. I believe that investing in real estate will help me achieve my goals.
