If you are going to compete with the big buildings for the young professionals, I personally think you need to shoot for the segment that can't afford those buildings and are just below.

In my mind, it depends on what the nature of the crash is - for example, if the crash is due to a contraction in the job market, pretty much every segment suffers (renters can't afford rents, people don't have free money to buy flipped homes, etc.).

Where there is poverty there is money but those making money off of poor people need to know what they are dealing with and not look at that segment of society as a animals or dumb.

I think interviews with attorneys and CPA's who invest in real estate themselves would be extremely interesting.Another suggestion is not in regards to guests, but in regards to a new segment where you and Brandon sing together.

I personally wanted to do the work on the home myself but with a 203 k you have to get estimates from approved contractors and the money is paid out in stipends as the work on the house is done in segments, with periodic inspections of the house.

I'll guess that the absentee owners in your area are getting quite a few letters, so I would bypass them and try another segment that hasn't been mailed as much.
