Do I have legal recourse? 

Here is an outline of my situation- I bought my 1st home in Queens, NY in 2020-My home is zoned for a legal 2 family and I have a copy of the Certificate of Occupancy.

Legally, our LLC's are the partners and are both on title.  

AI can help craft some marketing materials and can help you call inbound leads, it can't do cold calling (legally) in the USA.

My biggest complaints are similar to yours:1. 5-7 days or more from the time the tenant pays the rent until the cash hits my account. 

The problem is most loan officers will not know this up front because they fail to do a "pre-underwrite" and get a "Loan commitment" versus a pre-approval letter.regardless of you using your own money they will "Not" use the higher appraisal value they must go off of the legal sales contract.

I haven't used WI Legal Blank leases in quite a while but I know it's covered somewhere on there.

Obviously the legal system is radically different. 

Avail has been great for me as their listing syndication and legal lease generation features make management easier at a reasonable price per unit.
