My reit clients prefer the class A smooth sailing and my entrepreneurs like the B and C.

@Adam Dow yes you are right but that is from last few years only, before 2012 it was growing very steadily i was doing some research since 2012 pei pnp program for entrepreneurs has raised the prices of the houses and according to the cbc PEI have the lowest rate of keeping those immigrants in the province its complicated but what would you recommend about if someone wants to step in the market in 2020 do you think its right think to do idk

I have a mix of entrepreneur and corporate world experience.

If you, or anyone you know, are an international investor or entrepreneur, or in the past 5 years, have 1 transaction or $1 in bank accounts somewhere else than USA, don't forget to comply with IRS forms 8938, FBARR, 5471, 5472, 8833, 8921, 3520, subpart-F, just to name a few.... your accountant probably does't know about new international rules since 201r and 2011!!!

Do the people that claim they will "mentor" you know anything about being a real estate entrepreneur? 

Most people are simply not cut out to be entrepreneurs.

Before real estate I was hopping from part time job to part time job all while being an entrepreneur and running multiple businesses until a dramatic change happened in my life over time.
