What is the best refi-cash out loan for an entrepreneur
I am in the market to do a cash out refinance on my primary residence. What would be my best option for accomplishing this as an entrepreneur?

Normal a-paper cash out refinance. There's nothing special there, really. Why deviate from the golden standard?
I am assuming for the sake of discussion that "entrepreneur" doesn't mean "little/no income reported to the IRS even though I'm rolling in cash." :)
