Also you will have to get used to buying in bulk since sheets get much more expensive when not buying by the case.Towels on the other hand we have begun migrating to Costco brand hospitality towels which are about what I am already paying with Standard textile but available quickly and sometimes even better quality.

I just signed up with them as an agent as well and have begun doing my own due diligence (hence finding this thread)  to be sure any clients I place in this program will be protected.

Keep in mind that the fed has already begun to increase rates and are continuing to do so, so you aren't going to lock something in at the historical lows like others did during peak covid but you can still get a great rate. 

I have begun talking to a few agents, and am starting to get an influx of leads with data points, but am stuck on how to do comps quickly - hence my question.

Hi all,My wife and I have recently begun the process of familiarizing ourselves with real estate investing.  

We do not pay anything other than materials we may have placed on the job site ourselves until work has begun then we generally make 4 payments the day work has started (as in some work is done) and then at continuing intervals until the project is complete and all permits/city inspections have cleared for release of final payment (which is sometimes a month or two after all work is completed).
